On Tuesday, January 13 Neal Kon, M.D., professor and chairman of the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, performed a total aortic root replacement using the Freestyle® stentless porcine aortic root bioprosthesis.
