Health On-Call is a free, 24-hour service of the Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Health On-Call links you with health care services at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center and other Regional Primary Care Services. Make An Appointment Online You may want to first consult your primary care physician, who can help you decide which specialists to see. Some insurance plans may require this procedure. If your plan does not require a referral, you may want to consult our Physician's Referral Directory to select a physician. You can also fill out a simple Information Request Form and a Health On-Call fully trained registered nurse will call you back or respond by E-Mail.
