 ”Since many of our patients and their families are dealing with some legal issues in relation to their health care needs, the Sticht Center houses a unique program to assist them. The Elder Law Clinic is a program of the Wake Forest University School of Law. Staffed by law students, under the supervision of an attorney, the Elder Law Clinic provides free legal services to qualifying older adults in Forsyth and the surrounding counties. Staff can assist with wills, living wills, powers of attorney, Medicare and Medicaid issues, guardianship, and other related needs. The Elder Law Clinic is located adjacent to the main lobby on the Ground Floor of the Sticht Center.”
