Power-Up Golf Training

Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center is now offering a golf fitness program. The Medical Center's experience with sports medicine and rehabilitation along with consultation with local PGA and LPGA teaching professionals has developed into a service that is designed to evaluate and improved common physical impairments that can lead to reduced power and consistency with your golf swing.  The Power-Up Golf Training program is a proven systematic plan to develop an individual exercise regimen for each golfer based on the analysis of his/her strength, flexibility and motion patterns during a full golf swing.  Benefits of the program include:
