Directions
The Spine Center is located on the first floor of CompRehab Plaza at 131 Miller Street in Winston-Salem North Carolina. This is just around the corner from Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Please feel free to contact us at the number above if you need more information.
Directions to CompRehab Plaza:
From Interstate 40 East:
Take Business 40 toward Winston-Salem. Exit Cloverdale Avenue. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right on Cloverdale Avenue. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Miller Street. Proceed up the hill and turn right into the 2nd entrance into the CompRehab Plaza parking deck.
From Interstate 40 West:
