Center for Comprehensive Wound Care Overview

The Center for Comprehensive Wound Care is a specialized wound-healing center that utilizes the latest in technological and medical advancements for treating patients with difficult-to-treat and non-healing wounds. The center has in-depth experience with treating a complete range of wounds of all stages and types from acute to chronic wounds.

The clinical team’s focus for comprehensive wound care treatment is the formulation of an individualized care plan for each referred patient. The specialists are able to evaluate and treat non-healing wounds and provide methods to minimize any potential recurrence and optimize complete rehabilitation.

The center is managed entirely by Medical Center physicians. Each physician is board-certified and faculty of the Wake Forest University School of Medicine.. These relationships ensure that the highest quality standards are practiced and that there are no outside companies determining the type and level of patient care.
