Once you have received an interview letter from Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, please review the House Staff web site giving specific consideration to the House Staff Contract, Benefits, and all policies regarding visa and eligibility requirements for appointment.
After you have reviewed these areas, submit this acknowledgement to the training program(s) from which you have received an interview. *If you are interviewing with more than one program, you must submit this acknowledgement to each program you are interviewing.
