Center Sports Physical Therapy Center The Sports Physical Therapy Center is staffed by physical therapists and support staff. This center receives referrals primarily from Sports Medicine sources such as Orthopedics and Family Practice. This center provides services to youth and adults ages 7 years and older with a condition that limits participation in a recreational activity or competitive sport. The hours of operation are 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Friday.
