Neurorehabilitation Center

 

The Neurorehabilitation Center is staffed by occupational therapists, physical therapists, and support staff. This center provides services to facilitate independence for those individuals with strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, or other chronic conditions and injuries. Major sources of referrals are Rehab, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Rheumatology and Internal Medicine. A variety of services is provided but not limited to transfer and gait training, ADL evaluation and retraining, adaptive equipment/assistive device, vestibular rehabilitation, driving program, seating evaluations, recommendations, and splinting. The hours of operation are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
