Inpatient Rehab Services
Located on the third floor and TCU on second floor of the Sticht Center on Aging and Rehabilitation, Inpatient Rehab Services provides occupational and physical therapy through a team approach to patients admitted to the unit. All programs are CARF accredited. The Rehab service is staffed by physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, and support staff. The Rehab service receives patients referred primarily from Neurosurgery, Neurology, General Surgery, Trauma, Orthopedics, and Geriatrics. The Brain Injury Unit is staffed a physical therapist, an occupational therapist, and a PT/OT technician. The TCU licensed as a SNF provides rehabilitation to patients by a staff of physical therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapy assistants, and support staff. Services provided include general physical rehabilitation, neuromuscular re-education, aquatic therapy, home evaluations, ADL retraining, perceptual and cognitive retraining, splinting, and community outings. Rehab and TCU provide services from 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
