Welcome to Rehabilitation Services at WFUBMC where a wide variety of comprehensive programs are offered in both inpatient and outpatient settings. At Wake Forest Baptist, our goal is to improve the quality of life of each individual we serve by helping them return to the highest level of independence possible within their homes, at their job and in their communities following life altering injury or illness. Some people enter Rehabilitation Services after an inpatient stay at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, some enter from outside hospitals, and some enter from assisted living facilities, while others enter directly into one of our outpatient programs. Through a carefully designed plan of care, we provide services appropriate for each individual, no matter where they enter the continuum. |
