Interpreting/Translation Services
Spanish interpreters are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To request an interpreter, call 713-2271 and press the appropriate option for the date and time of your request. The options are as follows: Press "1" if you are requesting an interpreter from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday through Friday. Press "3" if your request is after hours Monday through Friday or on weekends. Press "2" if there is no answer within 10 minutes of having used option "3," on hospital holidays, and on Saturday and Sunday between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Please remember that pressing "2" is always an option after hours.
The CyraCom Line is also available for over-the-phone interpreting for Spanish and many other different languages. You can access the CyraCom Line any time by calling the hospital operator to request connection.
