Laboratory Purpose:
To provide analytical and quantitative measurements of lipid and lipoprotein endpoints for non-diagnostic investigational purposes.

- HDL subfraction analysis by GGE
- Lipoprotein fractionation and estimation of LDL particle size by HPLC
- Lipoprotein-cholesterol distribution determination
- Fatty acid analysis by GLC
- Cholesterol and plant sterol quantitation by GLC
- Lipoprotein distribution and quantitation by NMR
