TAKING A GUIDED TOUR OF THE HOSPITAL
As a part of our ongoing program to inform congregations about the facilities at The North Carolina Baptist Hospitals, Inc., the Department of Church and Community Relations plans with church groups for a tour of the hospital.
In addition to becoming more familiar with the layout of our buildings, groups have become more knowledgeable about the various departments, stores, cafeteria location, the chapel and other helpful facts. Visitors see first hand how baptists are engaged in the Christian Mission enterprise. They also are introduced to what we are attempting to accomplish as a leading medical facility. Future facilities expansion and research are discussed.
Tours are designed to meet the needs of each individual group. Depending on age and interest, every attempt is made to make the tour as informative and interesting as possible. Each tour lasts approximately one to one-and-a-half hours depending on the availability of some of the areas.
