Goals of the Fellowship:

  1. Intensive Training for a Career in Stroke
  2. To Learn all Aspects of Stroke, Including, But Not Limited To, Prevention by Risk Reduction, Early Recognition of Impending Stroke, Acute Therapy, and Rehabilitation
  3. Provide Instruction and Experiences with Neuroimaging Techniques, Including Neurosonology, MR, CCT, and PET Imaging
  4. Learn the Methodology of Clinical Research
  5. To Participate in Clinical Trials by Planning, Implementation, Analysis, and Writing New Grant and Project Applications
  6. Preparation of Manuscripts for Academic Publication
