Goals of the Fellowship:
- Intensive Training for a Career in Stroke
- To Learn all Aspects of Stroke, Including, But Not Limited To, Prevention by Risk Reduction, Early Recognition of Impending Stroke, Acute Therapy, and Rehabilitation
- Provide Instruction and Experiences with Neuroimaging Techniques, Including Neurosonology, MR, CCT, and PET Imaging
- Learn the Methodology of Clinical Research
- To Participate in Clinical Trials by Planning, Implementation, Analysis, and Writing New Grant and Project Applications
- Preparation of Manuscripts for Academic Publication
