Title: - Prospective, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Randomized, Multi-CenterTrial with an Open-Label Extension Period to Investigate the Efficacy And Safety of NT 201 in the Treatment of Blephasospasm  MRZ 60201-0433

Principal Investigator: Allison Brashear, M.D.

Criteria: Subjects 18-75 years of age with bilateral blepharospasm. Subjects must be pretreated for bilateral blepharospasm with Botox, with at least 2 previous injection sessions and with a therapeutic response for both injection sessions. Subjects will receive NT 201 or placebo injection for the Main Double-Blind Period injection and NT 201 for all injection in the Open-Label Extension Period.
