OVATION- Psychosis in Parkinson’s Patients

Principal Investigator:  Allison Brashear, MD

Objective:  Assess the safety and effectiveness of 20mg, 40mg, and 60mg per day of melperone syrup in subjects with psychosis associated with Parkinson’ disease.

Therpay:  Melperone syrup (5mg/ml)

Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria:

  • Clinical diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease
  • Diagnosis with psychosis (hallucinations, delusions)
  • No history of significant psychotic disorders prior to Parkinson’s disease
