Title: A Placebo-Controlled, Randomized, Safety and Efficacy Study of BOTOX® (Botulinum Toxin Type A) Purified Neurotoxin Complex in Patients with Neurogenic Detrusor Overactivity and Neurological Respiratory Impairment Study Number 191622-082

Principal Investigator: Allison Brashear, M.D.

Criteria: Subjects be 18-80 years of age and weigh at least 110 lbs. Subjects must have had urinary incontinence for at least 3 monts before entering the study as a result of spinal cord injury that occurred at least 12 months ago or multiple sclerosis that has been stable for at least the last 3 months.Subject must have never been treated with  botulinum toxin for any condition. Subjects will receive Botox or placebo injection  at the first treatment visit and if qualified for a second treatment will receive Botox injection.
