Alumni Spotlight - Felicia Dare Goodrum (1998)
Felicia GoodrumFelicia Goodrum is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Immunobiology at the University of Arizona. She is a member of the BIO5 Institute and the Arizona Cancer Center. She received her doctorate degree from the Molecular Genetics Program at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 1998. Dr. Goodrum was a Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Fellow and Special Fellow and the recipient of a Howard Temin Award from the National Cancer Institute during her postdoctoral training at Princeton University in the Department of Molecular Biology. Dr. Goodrum’s research focuses on human cytomegalovirus infection and latency in primary human hematopoietic progenitor cells using molecular, cellular, and animal approaches.
