BestHealth -- BestHealth provides consumers access to a health library, wellness information, health articles, the health magazine Visions, the latest in health news, information on the BestHealth TV show, seminars and screenings.

Carpenter Library Biomedical Links -- a list of reviewed and evaluated medical and healthcare links on the World Wide Web. The links contained on this site are also annotated with full descriptions of the sites' contents.

Carpenter Library Consumer Health Information Site -- contains medical and healthcare links selected specifically for the lay user. Links are reviewed and evaluated for content and annotated for descriptive purposes.

Document Delivery* -- electronically request articles from journals and books at the Medical Center rate.

Dorothy Carpenter Medical Archives -- The Dorothy Carpenter Medical Archives serves Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center as a permanent repository and reference center for documents pertinent to the history of The North Carolina Baptist Hospitals, Incorporated, Wake Forest University School of Medicine, and the records of Wake Forest University pertaining to the medical field. It is also the mission of the Archives to support and promote interest in the history and growth of the medical practice in North Carolina, selected medical associations, and general history of medicine.

Faculty Publications Database -- A database listing of articles, book chapters, etc. authored by medical school faculty. It is searchable by author, title, department and year of publication.

Library Catalog -- This online public access catalog displays the holdings for Coy C. Carpenter Medical Library, Z. Smith Reynolds Undergraduate Library, and the Professional Center Library. It is searchable by author, title, subject and keyword.

Medline (PubMed) -- Search the National Library of Medicine's free Medline.

Northwest AHEC Continuing Education -- Northwest AHEC Professional Education offers continuing education programs to all health care providers in the 17 county region. Learning needs are identified based on discipline-specific as well as interdisciplinary assessment and planning teams.

Northwest AHEC Library Information Network Services* -- The Northwest Area Health Education Center (AHEC) is an affiliate of Wake Forest University School of Medicine in association with The University of North Carolina Area Health Education Centers Program. Library services are offered to subscribing network members or to others on a fee for service basis.
