Some insurance companies may cover some of the cost. Patient’s with a body mass index (BMI) of 25-27 qualify for outpatient status at one of our outreach facilities-J.R. Jones Hospital,King N.C. The approximate cost is $4,000.00.
Age limit for this procedure is 40 years of age.
Patient’s not meeting the above criteria will need to be hospitalized approximately 24 hours at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center with an estimated cost of $10,000.
Patient’s spouse are required to consent to semen analysis.
