Our Winston-Salem office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM and we return phone calls until 4 PM. We are open on weekends and holidays as needed for in vitro fertilization and intrauterine inseminations.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO OUR WINSTON-SALEM OFFICE
From Interstate 40 East Bound
Take Business 40 toward Winston-Salem. Exit Cloverdale Avenue. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right on Cloverdale Avenue. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Miller Street. Proceed up the hill and turn right into the 2nd entrance into the Comprehensive Rehab Plaza parking deck.
From Interstate 40 West Bound
Take Business 40 toward Winston-Salem. Exit Cloverdale Avenue. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right on Cloverdale Avenue. At the second traffic light, turn right onto Miller Street. Proceed up the hill and turn right into the 2nd entrance into the Comprehensive Rehab Plaza parking deck.
From Charleston, West Virginia (Approximately 219 miles…3 ½ hours)
- Take I-64S/ I-77 S toward Beckley and then I-77 S toward Bluefield (portions toll) (Crossing into Virginia)
- Merge onto I-77 S via exit 81 toward Charlotte (Crossing into NC)
- Merge onto I-74 E via exit 101 on left toward Mount Airy
- I-74 E becomes US-52 S
- Merge onto I-40 Business W / US-421 N / US-158 W via exit 109B toward Statesville
- Take the Cloverdale Ave exit – exit 4A
- Keep right at the fork to go on Cloverdale Ave.
- At the second light, turn right onto Miller St.
- Turn right into Comp Rehab Plaza
Our office is on the second floor.

Exit at 214B Wendover Avenue EAST and turn RIGHT on Wendover Avenue.
Follow Wendover Ave East for about 5 miles to the Benjamin Pkwy NORTH Exit.
Follow Benjamin Parkway for about ½ mile to Green Valley Road.
Turn RIGHT on Green Valley Road.
Our office is on the 1st floor of the Prudential Building (802 Green Valley Road).

From Charleston, West Virginia
Take I-77 / I-64 towards Beckley for 52.5 miles. At exit 44, turn right onto ramp towards WV-3 / Harper Road / Beckley and go approx. 0.2 miles. Turn left onto Harper Rd and go 1.0 miles. Turn left onto Carriage Drive
