Health On-Call is a free, 24-hour service of Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Health On-Call links you with health care services at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center and other Regional Primary Care Services.  We respond quickly to patient needs via telephone and offer competent and compassionate advice through a symptom based nurse triage service.  We offer the following list of services: ·         Assist patients make appointments with referrals to specialists ·         Offer information about research projects and patient eligibility ·         Provide update information regarding drug treatments and procedures performed within the Medical Center ·        Assist with registration for continuing education programs/classes at the Medical Center and BestHealth. Make An Appointment You may want to first consult your primary care physician, who can help you decide which specialists to see. Some insurance plans may require this procedure.     For your convenience, you may fill out a simple Information Request Form and a Health On-Call fully trained registered nurse will call you back or respond by E-Mail.
