Cardiologists and cardiothoracic surgeons at the Heart Center of Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center are available to share information about the latest treatments for heart disease. Heart Center physicians can speak on a variety of topics, from angioplasty to ventricular fibrillation; congenital heart disease to how the heart ages; tiny implantable defibrillators to restart the heart or a surgical robotic system that helps perform minimally invasive surgical procedures. Each talk is accompanied by a PowerPoint presentation and handouts.
