How Stressed Are You?

Why Stress Is Bad

Managing Your Stress

Is life too busy for you? Could decreasing your stress make you healthier? Ask yourself these questions to see if you need to decrease the stress in your life:

  • Am I eating more than normal?
  • Do I have a shorter fuse?
  • Am I sleeping more or less than usual?
  • Do I have less energy?
  • Is it difficult to participate in activities that I usually like?
  • Do I feel like I am angry all the time?
  • Have I isolated myself from family and friends?
  • Do I complain about headaches, backaches and other pains more than usual?
  • Do I feel out of control?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, then stress may be impacting your life.
