The Hospital is located on Medical Center Boulevard in Winston Salem, N.C. To contact staff and physicians at UIMA, please call (336) 716-3787. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. For emergency medical advice/care after office hours call (336) 716-3787 and ask for the UIMA on-call doctor.
