This is a multi-center study designed to assess the effect of tight glycemic control and aggressive risk factor management on the risk of cardiovascular disease in persons with Type-2 diabetes mellitus.

Rural Elder's Diabetes Self Management:  Development of a Common Sense Model Inventory
