Directions for Interview Day

The interview day begins at approximately 8:00am in the Disaster Conference Room in the Emergency Department, sub-basement level, Ardmore Tower.
If you drive yourself: park in the Patient/Visitors Parking Deck and come into the Janeway Building (Clinical Sciences Building) on the G-level. (There will be an Information Desk on that level and the staff there can also help to direct you to the Emergency Department.) Walk through the glassed-in crossover to Ardmore Tower and then take the elevators (bank of elevators on the left) down to the SB level (sub-basement). Follow the main hall around to the right. The Disaster Conference Room will be on the right. Please do not park in the Emergency Department parking lot.
If you are being brought to the Medical Center (by hotel shuttle, etc.): you can be dropped at the front entrance of the Emergency Department. Safety/security will be made aware of residency applicants arriving for interviews and will be able to direct you to the Disaster Conference Room.
