Robert Petrilli, M.D., Emergency Medicine Resident Library
The “Robert Petrilli, M.D., Emergency Medicine Resident Library” dedication ceremony has been scheduled for Tuesday, October, 16th, 2007 at 11 am in Conference Room 1A/B of the Comprehensive Cancer Center on the campus of WFUBMC. All alumni and friends are invited to attend. Bob completed an emergency medicine residency here at the medical center in 1985 and remained on faculty for the next 10 years. Bob was a resident favorite and won the resident teaching award year after year. Bob was recently diagnosed with ALS and has had to retire from practicing emergency medicine. The library was recently renovated with funds generously donated by residency alumni in honor of the outstanding legacy Bob left at Wake Forest during his tenure and the impact on the lives of the residents he helped train.
