To ensure anonymity, Wake Forest University Health Sciences and North Carolina Baptist Hospital contracted with an outside service provider, The Network, to manage the compliance hotline. Employees who use the compliance hotline may remain anonymous. All reports submitted through the compliance hotline will be forwarded to the WFUHS or NCBH Compliance Office for prompt and appropriate action.
Employees are encouraged to resolve their concerns through established channels whenever possible, including your supervisor and/or Human Resources. If you feel you cannot report concerns through existing channels, you can use the compliance hotline to do so.
No Retaliation Statement
Wake Forest University Health Sciences and North Carolina Baptist Hospital do not retaliate against any employee who, in good faith, notifies members of management, Human Resources, administration, the Compliance Office, and/or the WFUBMC Compliance Hotline of a perceived, actual, or potential concern or question for clarification.
