What is Integrative Medicine?

The WFUBMC Recreation Therapy Department with association of the Massage Program is proud to announce Qi Gong classes!

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese exercise system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention.  By utilizing gentle, rhythmic movements breathing and focused attention Qi Gong reduces stress, builds stamina, increases vitality, and enhances the immune system.
