Risk Assessment Services

Assessing the lifestyle habits of your employees can help us identify the health risk of your employee population. We utilize a health risk appraisal system called the Personal Wellness Profile® (PWP) from Wellsource®, one of the leading developers of risk assessment programs.  When combined with a clinical screening program, the PWP is a valuable tool that can help us identify employees who may be at increased risk for disease or injury.

Research studies have shown that health costs are directly related to lifestyle.  Since lifestyle related risks contribute to higher costs, a well-designed health promotion program that reduces risk can deliver substantial savings and improve productivity.  You will achieve a positive Return on Investment (ROI) using this effective program.

How It Works

Employees complete a series of lifestyle related questions.  All information related to health risk appraisals is completely confidential.  If a screening is offered, results are linked to the employee’s questions and answers.

Wellness & Corporate Health Services processes all appraisals.  A computerized individual report, which assesses the employee’s overall health, is mailed directly to the employee’s home or given back in either a one-on-one or group counseling session.  Through feedback sessions, we can provide information and motivation necessary to encourage individuals to achieve optimal health.

Management Feedback

An aggregate summary report is generated for the corporate client.  The report summarizes the primary health findings for those employees that complete the health risk appraisal.  Group health needs and risks are presented along with recommendations for initiating risk reduction and health enhancement programs.  This information can help employers identify important health goals and implement key programs to target behavior change.
