CEM support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Normal hours of operation are from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Monday to Friday. Requests for information and service should be obtained in accordance with the following schedule.
Mon – Fri
8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Call Ext. 6-1111
Note: Should there be no answer when dialing 6-1111, the caller will be directed to dial Pager# 806-9866 for assistance.
Mon –Sun
11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Contact PBX Operator (6-2011) For Emergency ON-Call Service
Sat – Sun
