Internal Control Review Questionnaire

The Internal Control Questionnaire was developed as a multipurpose tool to help assess a unit's compliance with internal controls. Departments will be asked to complete this questionnaire as part of Internal Audit's proactive effort to gain more audit coverage in place of full audits.
