How to Report a Compliance Concern

• If you feel you have something to report, tell your supervisor, faculty administrator or Human Resources.
• If under the circumstances you are uncomfortable reporting to your supervisor, faculty administrator, or Human Resources, raise your concerns to the next higher supervisory level up to and including the highest levels of administration.
• If your concerns are not appropriately resolved through the above-mentioned channels, contact the University Compliance Office at 336-716-5252 or call the Hotline at 1-877-880-7888.

There will be no direct or indirect retaliation or retribution against anyone who in good faith raises concerns or points out problems; however, compliance reporting is not intended to replace the normal avenues of communication at the School.
