Genomic Seminars
The Center for Human Genomics (CHuG) research seminars will be held on Wednesdays from 4-5 PM in either the Genomics Conference Room or Commons 2 & 3, Nutrition Building, beginning September 2009.
Speakers will primarily be junior CHuG faculty, post-docs and colleagues, though anyone affiliated with the CHuG is welcome to volunteer. Occasionally, outside speakers will be invited to present.
The format will be an approximately 50 minute research presentation, as a way to share research progress and common genomic analysis techniques. Seminars are primarily being organized by Becky Slager and Nichole Allred, with the assistance of faculty and administrative staff.
Please contact Becky or Nichole by email (rslager@wfubmc.edu or nallred@wfubmc.edu) if you are interested in volunteering to present or if you know of anyone else who may be interested in presenting or attending.
All CHuG members will be encouraged to attend. Light refreshments will be provided.
