Postdoctoral Research Training
The department of Cancer Biology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine (WFUSM) is seeking postdoctoral fellows interested in pursuing advanced training in Cancer Biology. Available research projects focus on DNA damage and cellular defense, cell growth and survival, gene-environment interactions, aberrant signaling pathways in tumor cells, molecular cancer epidemiology, and cancer control. Within the Cancer Center, the Centers of Excellence in Breast Cancer, Prostate Cancer and Brain Tumor assemble researchers and clinicians from different disciplines for a comprehensive look at these malignancies. In addition, other cancer types are being investigated.
