Rick Jones, LMBT, NC#5594 

Rick Jones is a 2005 graduate of Natural Touch School of Massage Therapy.  The primary focus of his training was Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy.  His continuing education training includes myofascial release, qigong, and massage cupping.

Rick is currently employed at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.  He is Nationally Certified and a member of the AMTA. 

Rick’s current interest is to deepen his training in Asian bodywork and energetics.

 

 

Jennifer Barker, LMBT, NC#6162

Jennifer L. Barker is a 2004 graduate of the Virginia School of Massage, located in Charlottesville, VA.  

During her professional massage therapy training she received certification in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and myofascial release.   She also studied sports massage, pre-natal massage, joint mobility, trigger point, and touch for health (kinesiology). 

Her continuing education courses provided her with training in Thai massage, body mechanics, hot stone therapy, basic foot reflexology, massage cupping, and professional ethics. 

She is currently employed at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center as a licensed massage and bodywork therapist.  Along with being a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals she is also Nationally Certified in massage therapy. 

The passion for her work and desire to help through therapeutic touch has been a part of her life for 13 years.  Her massage techniques developed from a combination of brilliant teachers and the continual desire to learn.
