Research Interest:  Local / Regional epidemiology, government and managed care policy impact on health care delivery. Diversity issues in medical education.

Clinical Interests:  Infectious diseases, HIV/AIDS and therapeutic management; antiretroviral and adjunct therapies; primary care of individuals of low socioeconomic status.
