- Microvascular circulation and control mechanism in patients with cold sensitivity (intolerance following injury or in relationship to disease processes).
- The diagnosis and management of vascular disorders in the upper extremity.
- Basic research in microvascular control in biologic models and vascular receptor function.
- Pediatric and congenital hand deformity and disability.
- The management of upper and lower extremity spasticity associated with cerebral palsy, head injury, spinal cord tauma, or other causes.
- Predictors of outcome in disabled children and adults including health-related quality of life in patients and care-givers in relationship to interventions - nonsurgical and surgical.
- The role of neuromuscular blockade (Botulinum A Toxin) in cerebral palsy and limb spasticity.
- The long-term consequences of hand/digit replantation.
- Management of congenital hand problems.
