Multidisciplinary Nerve Clinic
The recently established "Multidisciplinary Nerve Clinic" is a result of the combined efforts between the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and the Department of Neurology at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Patients will be seen, side-by-side, by micro-reconstructive peripheral nerve surgeons and electro-diagnostic neurologists. Pertinent diagnostic testing, such as nerve ultra-sonogram will be performed during the visit. Our primary goal is, as always, to improve our patient care and to foster clinical related translation research to improve recovery after nerve injury.
