About Our Comprehensive Fetal Care Center
As improved prenatal screening has become available, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center is pleased to be able to provide these services to you in our new state-of-the-art facility, the Comprehensive Fetal Care Center.
We feature the latest technology, including 4D ultrasonography, with sonographers specifically trained and credentialed to perform Nuchal Translucency measurements as well as all other ultrasound exams during pregnancy, both routine and complicated.
Our physicians have all had specialty training in Maternal Fetal Medicine and review each ultrasound exam and test result. Every blood sample is analyzed in a laboratory certified to interpret First and Integrated Screens. We also offer certified genetic counselors, ready to answer your questions and review your prenatal screening results with you.
