Agreements
Where contract discussions are held between sponsor representatives and WFUHS faculty, it should be understood that these discussions are preliminary only and that IR must review any proposed agreement on behalf of WFUHS and either endorse it as conforming to WFUHS contract policy or negotiate necessary modifications. Faculty members are not authorized to execute agreements on behalf of WFUHS.
Each department is assigned to an Industry Relations staff member who negotiates all research-related agreements for that department.
