Online Submission Overview
Please note that the online submission process cannot be completed until the following institutional requirements are met: Normal routing of hardcopies and deadlines apply. Budget information is due to the Controller's office at least 8 days prior to the application deadline. The full application is due to the Office of Research at least 3 days prior to the application deadline.
- Some CDMR Programs require submission of an online Letter of Intent up to four weeks prior to the deadline for application submission. Follow the guidelines in the program announcement of interest for details, which may be found here.
- The portal for submitting CDMRP proposals online may be found here. New applicants register via the portal to obtain a username and password for access to eReciept, the online proposal submission system. Follow the online instructions to complete the submission.
- During the online submission process, the following information will be required.

Some CDMRP Programs require submission of this regulatory document at the time of application submission, whereas others use just-in-time procedures and request the documents later. In addition, it should be noted that the types of eligible human subjects research differ depending upon the program. See the associated program announcement for details.

- The WFUHS Office of Research is the Contract Representative (CR) and must review and approve the final submission before it is accepted by the DoD. To obtain WFUHS approval, the applicant initiates the normal routing process using a hard copy of the application and Proposal Review and Certification Form (i.e., route slip, buck sheet), including budget submission to Grants Management in the Controller's Office. Note: Normal routing deadlines apply. The full application, including the complete budget is due to the Office of Research at least 3 days prior to the application deadline.
