Journeys: Navigation for New Graduate Nurses
Our Journeys Program is designed to meet the needs of the new graduate nurse. The program consists of two pathways. Baccalaureate (BSN) graduates will follow the Nurse Resident pathway. Associate (ADN) and Diploma graduates will follow the Nurse Intern Pathway. The pathways are divided into two phases and are designed to provide support to the novice nurse during the first year of employment.
