Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Training Program -How to Apply
Instructions for application
Our three-year fellowship seeks physicians who will have completed two to three years of training in an accredited residency program in order to sit for the American Board of Pediatrics certifying examination.
Our fellowship program participates in the ERAS universal application process.
Please visit their web page at http://www.nrmp.org for an application and information about our program. Only applications submitted through ERAS will be accepted. Hard copy applications submitted via mail, fax or electronic mail will NOT be accepted.

The following information should be uploaded into the ERAS program:
1. Completed on-line application
2. Current photograph (Wallet size)
3. Personal statement
4. Three letters of recommendation addressed to Program Director
5. Scores for Parts 1, 2 and 3 of the USMLE or COMLEX test
6. Dean's letter
For Foreign Applicants:
1. Graduation from a medical school not more than 2 years ago
2. A score of at least 210 on Part I and Part II of the USMLE
3. Our institution sponsors J1-Visa only.
4. Some clinical experience in the United States which can be evaluated by faculty preceptors.
5. If a graduateof a medical school outside the US, Canada or Puerto Rico, valid ECFMG certificate or one that does not expire prior to the start of the fellowship
6. If not a citizen of the US or permanent resident, copy of current appropriate visa (J1)
Applicants should apply between December 1st and May 31st. The deadline for completed applications submitted through ERAS is May 31st. Completed files are reviewed by the program director and invitations to interview will be extended through ERAS. Interviews are scheduled on Mondays and Fridays beginning in January and continuing through June.
