Northwest AHEC provides administrative and financial support for off-campus student rotations with preceptors in community settings. The health profession students included are medical students, nurse midwifery students, nurse practitioner students, physician assistant students and UNC-CH PharmD students.
In these efforts, the ORPCE will assist teachers and students in the education process, support community-based preceptors and ultimately help to create more primary care providers.
