Document Delivery/Interlibrary Loan Charges
Beginning July 1, 2005, the Carpenter Library will begin charging $10.00 for all Interlibrary Loans. Since most documents are delivered within 24-48 hours, we will no longer offer rush delivery of articles.
If a document is available from our collection, and is copied by our staff there is a $5.00 charge. If you do not want staff to fill these requests, please enter a $0 under maxcost on your ILLiad request form. If staff locate the requested material in the Carpenter Library or collections accessible from the library, we will not fill but send a notification as to where the patron can get the article. If the maxcost field has $5.00, staff assume the patron wants us to supply and there will be a charge.
Price per Document:
- Interlibrary Loan - $10.00
- Document Delivery (Photocopy Service) - $5.00
Document and books from the Reynolda Campus will be ordered at no charge.
