Job Title: Staff RN
Location: Outpatient Endoscopy Center
Full/Part Time: Full-time
Job Summary:
This position renders specialized direct and indirect patient care to adults, and geriatrics under the direct supervision of a physician and in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to achieve the highest standard of care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
- Two years hospital nursing experience
- Endoscopy, Critical Care or PACU preferred
- Current license to practice as Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
- BCLS required.
- ACLS required within 6 months
- CGRN certification preferred.

Job Title: Patient Service Representative
Location: Outpatient Endoscopy Center
Full/Part Time: Full-time
Job Summary:
This position performs a variety of duties associated with patient registration and check-out operations and cash collections.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School graduate or recognized equivalent.
- Three years of clerical experience including front desk responsibilities.
Medical terminology.
- Knowledge of third party payor requirements.
- Computer skills including keyboard and mouse functions, e-mail, and Microsoft Office.
- Data entry accuracy of 5000 kph with 3% or less error rate.
- Basic knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT coding or willingness to complete these courses upon employment. Successful completion of the WFUP Point of Service Certification program. Maintain certification as required by Clinical Operations.

Job Title: Endoscopy Technician
Location: Outpatient Endoscopy Center
Full/Part Time: Full-time
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for setting up cases, assisting with the technical portion of the procedure and with room turn-over. Transporting patients when necessary and maintaining equipment in rooms. Pre-cleaning the scopes used, accessories and supplies for disinfection. Trains and assists others in multiple support activities. Periodically inventories supplies in each patient care area. Responsible for cleaning and stocking patient care areas.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Patient transport experience preferred or completion of patient transport class within first three months of hire.
- BCLS certification preferred.
