Buffet
For groups of 10 or more, we offer a self-service buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You may select a menu from the suggestions in this guide, or create your own combination of choices from the lists provided.
Served
Banquet service involves a fixed menu served by our staff of service personnel.
Pre-Set Meal
All items are pre-set on table(s) in the designated facility, usually cold plate items or salads, desserts and beverages. These functions are set up prior to any guests arriving.
Paper or China
Please specify you preference as to china or paper for your event. If there is no preference made, paper service will be provided.
Reception
We offer an assortment of hors d’oeuvres, party trays and punch for your fellowship or office gatherings. Receptions are generally standup with limited seating available.
Beverage Service
Any volume of freshly brewed coffee, canned drinks, 2-liter soft drinks and punch can be delivered to you. Doughnuts, cookies and other pastries are available with our beverage service. All necessary accompaniments are delivered as well.

The Medical Center’s own “Same Day Delivery Service”. Call 716-3278 (FAST).
Deliveries
You can arrange to have food and beverages delivered to your location and set up for service. Pick up of deliveries is made at the earliest time possible after your function, or at a time specified by you. We also ask that reasonable measure be taken to secure equipment and serving utensils until the time our staff picks up.
Deposits
A minimal deposit may be required on some equipment, refundable or credited upon return of equipment.
Off-Site Catering
Off-site catering is not available.
